Hua Hin Beach

A few days ago, my friends and I took a short holiday trip to faraway Hua Hin District of Prachuap. Before that, we had read reviews seriously on its tourism-related websites to help make our decisions mainly on selecting must-visit tourist spots in Hua Hin.

Finally, we selected only three target places: 1) Hua Hin Beach, 2) Ratchapakdi Park where the statues of seven giant great kings are enshrined and 3) PlearnWan, a shopping paradise for tourists from every corner of the world.

After we arrived safely in the town of Hua Hin, we firstly checked into Royal Pavilion Hua Hin, an expensive hotel in Hua Hin, in order to put all the luggage in our cozy hotel room before going out to our first target tourist attraction -- Hua Hin Beach -- very close to the hotel. Definitely, we really enjoyed our time at Hua Hin Beach.

While trying to grab a bite after our fun-filled time at the beach passed, we came across a seaside restaurant with a good view of the sea, and then we thought it was good for our dinner. Of course, we ate like a pig here.

Our dinner ended at nearly 22.00 pm. Can you guess what we did next? That's right. We returned to our hotel to prepare ourselves for our hangout at Hua Hin Beach again. Our beach hangout ended at around 1.45 pm.

After our first trip day passed, we checked out of the hotel at noon, and then hit the road to Ratchapakdi Park, our second tourist spot, to pay respect to and ask for blessings from the seven kings' statues in standing postures.

Our fun-filled activity after that was, of course, about taking photos with and of the great kings' statues and sharing them with online friends. It totally took 50 minutes to finish our park visit.

Our next stop was PlearnWan, a shopping paradise for tourists. Really, we seemed to be blown away by its home-like style, location, art, handmade products and other stuff mostly made of natural materials. ... and I had to accept that this place made my mobile phone battery low as I took lots of photos with its popular spots inside.
